By booking and participating in a tour with Valley Wine Tours, you and all members of your party agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Guest Responsibility & Safety

Please do not “pre-game” before your wine tour. We typically visit up to four wineries, and by the end of the tour, guests may consume the equivalent of approximately one bottle of wine.

Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and nourished. Complimentary water is provided, and packaged snacks and charcuterie add-ons may be available.

Do not drink and drive. Valley Wine Tours is not responsible for guests’ actions once the tour has concluded.
Liability Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge that Valley Wine Tours is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring:

Inside the vehicle

During transportation

While entering, exiting, or visiting wineries or other tour locations

Personal Belongings
Valley Wine Tours is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the tour.
Communications
By booking a tour, you agree to receive email communications, including newsletters or promotional materials from Valley Wine Tours and partnering wineries. You may opt out at any time.
Weather & Unforeseen Events
In rare cases where a tour must be canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, your tour will be rescheduled for a future date.
