Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are subject to a 50% charge of the total booked tour price. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the total tour cost.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe back to the original payment method.
